Everyone has there own version, but here is my recipe: 1 banana, 2-3 cups of raw spinach, 1 or 2 carrots, and a kiwi. I also add water to help break down all the fruits and veggies and a couple of ice cubes to chill it. I also mix up the fruits depending on what I have or feel like. I've used strawberries, blueberries, and sometimes pineapple. So far I have at least have a glass a day and I'm in love. I also like using a blender, because I don't lose all the fiber that you do when you use a juicer.

I'm obsessed...
with my own green drink creation. Several years ago, when Dr. Oz was on Oprah he shared his own green drink recipe and I've always wanted to try it. I love Naked Juices, but have never made any on my own. Also, since I don't have a juicer, I decided to use my blender and I have to say it is so much better than a juicer.
